- Mobile Digital Radiology:
- This allows for the taking, developing
and viewing of radiographs on-site.
Letting us diagnose and treat your
horse in the same trip. A CD of
these radiographs can be made for
you and these radiographs can be
emailed to a boarded veterinary
radiologist or your farrier.
- Mobile Digital Ultrasound:
- Digital ultrasound is used for
diagnosing soft tissue injuries in
muscles, tendons and ligaments. It
is also used for mare management
and pregnancy confirmation.
- Motorized Dentistry:
- Motorized dentistry equipment allows
us to perform precise corrective
procedures with minimal soft-tissue
trauma. This can typically be done
very safely and efficiently at your
stable.
- Advanced Equine Dentistry:
- Cascadia Equine Veterinary Clinic, LLC
offers general equine dentistry, advanced
occlusal equilibration, non-surgical tooth
extraction and intra-oral radiology.
- Lameness:
- Lameness diagnosis and treatment
involves an integrated approach involving
the trainer, farrier and owner. Utilizing
advanced diagnostics we are able to
formulate an individual plan for treatment.
- Podiatry:
- Dr. Wickliffe's prior experience as a farrier
makes him uniquely qualified for the
treatment of lower limb lameness in the
horse. Combining the powerful diagnostic
capability of mobile digital radiology and
ultrasound often allows diagnosis and
treatment all in one trip. Working together
with referral farriers and veterinarians, he
strives to create a healing team for each
individual case.
