Make a payment
Payment is due at time of service or within 30 days after the appointment date. An interest and billing fee will be charged to the account if payment is not received within 30 days after the appointment. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and CareCredit. Please call our office at 541-207-8308 if you would like to make a payment over the phone.
Pay via text or email
We now have the capability of allowing clients to pay their bill by texting or emailing us. Reach out to ask how!
